TEN DAILY AFFIRMATIONS FOR SELF LOVE!
Life gets overwhelming sometimes and it can feel like you’re drowning. Anyone else have seasons like this?
Life does this funny thing where it has extremely high highs where you feel on top of the world, and then throws some extremely low lows that leave you drained and exhausted. I’ve been there. Many times. In fact, we all go through seasons of hardship and struggle.
Maybe you’re experiencing something right now that you can’t find a silver lining to. Or maybe you’ve just been in a weird funk that you can’t shake. Regardless of what your struggle is, I’m here to tell you:
you’re NOT ALONE and your feelings are VALID and IMPORTANT.
We live in an endless and abundant Universe where everything happens in perfect time!
For me, it helps to remember that nothing is permanent BUT that doesn’t mean I should rush through my emotions and feelings. If I feel I’m in a season of the “lowest lows” I always try to be my most loving self, to myself. This means being patient, kind, and understanding with myself as I grow through times of struggle.
Here are 10 affirmations that help me and I hope can help you, too!
I will give myself just as much as I give to others. I too, am a priority. I too, am worthy of attention.
My happiness is a direct reflection of my faith in the Universe. (Or whatever name you call your higher power)
I choose what I become.
I release all doubts and insecurities about myself.
My growth is a continuous and endless process.
I am creating the life I desire and release all emotional blocks that stand in my way.
I acknowledge my own self-worth.
I am always safe, guided, and protected.
I embrace all of life’s challenges.
My strength is greater than any struggle.
You don’t have to hug yourself or buy a unicorn journal to write them in, but if you want to turn things around, you need to rewire your brain to think differently. And this is what affirmations can do for you.
Instead of drowning in negativity, drown yourself in these self-love affirmations. Write them down, say them out loud, doodle them on your desk calendar, say them under your breathe, say them when you feel overwhelmed or anxious, scream them out loud, or do whatever your heart desires to feel into the power they bring.
Soul work is hard but try to write or say your favorite affirmations ten times before bed and ten times when you wake up and watch how your life transforms.
All my love, Kenna
